Bath Mill Lodge Retreat - Kelston

Liked my fantastic stay on a weekend. The staff was polite, very very nice with every request. The location was brilliant and awesome in the good area. You could walk to supermarkets and shops. The room was comfy and immaculate, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, will come back.

We had an excellent stay on a weekend.

Our elegance lodge was equipped with central heating, an iron with ironing board, and multi-channel TV. Everyone from the staff was superbly friendly and accommodating.

The streams nearby provided a soothing backdrop that added to the tranquility of our experience The outdoor space was spacious and thoughtfully furnished, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings

The access to certain amenities could be better signposted

Clean lodge, huge comfy beds. A bit pricey for what you get. Nice playground for kids nearby. Bistro didn't open for breakfast, a letdown.

The room was super spacious and bright, with a huge comfy bed that felt amazing. Everything was clean, and having a good shower was a plus. The bathroom was really nice with a double sink, handy. The kitchen and living room were great for hanging out. Just a bit outside of the main sights but easy to get to. It seemed like a real retreat.

Lovely stay in a fine lodge

We spent 2 nights in a cozy one-bedroom lodge, and it was amazing. The beds were super comfy, and the staff were really nice when we checked in. The bar area was perfect. Only thing was the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times. Didn't mind too much though since we were there to unwind. The on-site restaurant was a nice bonus!

The Bath Mill offered a serene retreat with its lovely grounds and high-quality lodge. The bed was comfortable, contributing to restful nights. The restaurant provided fantastic food, and staff were helpful.

The lodge's heating made it excessively warm .

Perfect retreat for couples

The lodge was really clean and the beds, my god, they were huge and unbelievably comfy. Loved the bistro, even though I wish it opened for breakfast, the food and drinks were great!

Wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

The one-bedroom house was very clean, and the bed was huge and comfy. The bistro served fantastic food. The location is perfect, with a bus stop nearby that takes you to the town center in just 10 minutes. We really enjoyed the indoor minerva bath!

it's a shame the bistro isn't open for breakfast.

Absolutely loved the spacious two-bedroom lodge! The fully fitted kitchen came in super handy for a family dinner, and we enjoyed cozy movie nights in the open plan living area. Being close to Bath made exploring so easy, and the kids had a blast.

For dads, it would be great to have a few more family-friendly activities on-site.

A Blissful Escape with Room for Improvement

The surroundings were serene. Just a heads-up, consider the lodge's location if privacy is a priority, and check for parking arrival.

We had a fantastic time in the lodge, especially enjoying the lovely large deck and the calming sound of the stream nearby. The place offered great relaxation with an outdoor sofa and a peaceful atmosphere. The only slight downside was the restaurant service, as we had to wait a bit longer for our meals, but we still loved our stay overall! 🌿

The serene setting surrounded by nature offers a nice escape from the hustle. The one-bedroom lodge features a cozy layout with ample space for two.

The kitchen facilities are pretty misleading, as I found no hob for cooking, a letdown after picking up groceries. The cleanliness level left something to be desired when I found a dirty camping stove with some uninvited critters. On top of that, the lack of hot water was a bummer, and I faced some confusion between the advertised reception hours and reality.

Bath Mill Lodge Retreat is perfectly located, just a short drive from a nearby supermarket and the charming bistro. It's also conveniently situated only 10 minutes away from Saxon Lake. the staff provided excellent service, and the rooms are immaculately clean and modern, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

The place was very clean, the food options were good, and we enjoyed our three-night stay there with a private bathroom.
